Two organizations, RotaCare and NeighborCare, operate a clinic out of North Helpline’s second floor. One clinic serves those in need who have no insurance and the other operates on a sliding scale basis.


The RotaCare Medical Clinic (The Roger Bouck Clinic) is free to anyone without insurance. It is funded by RotaCare International and the local Rotary groups. It is staffed by volunteer doctors., nurses and office staff. And open every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. No appointments are required. Their phone number is 206-417-9660. When the clinic is closed this number is a fax machine.

The NeighborCare Health Clinic is a sliding scale medical care facility. They are open at North Helpline’s space in McDermott place every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Appointments are requested. Their phone number is 206-417-0326 which is answered by the NeighborCare Clinic on 30th Avenue
