Food Bank

Since 1990, North Helpline has helped prevent hunger in Greater North Seattle neighborhoods. Each week, more than 1,000 different individuals receive groceries they need to prepare utritionally balanced meals at home.

In 2011 North Helpline:

• Served an average of 850 families a week.
  
  
• Provided 85,617 grocery visits versus 75,318 in 2010, a 14 % increase!
  

Hours of Operation

Wednesday 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Thursday 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Saturday: 9:30AM - 11:00AM - ONLY for Seniors 65 and over and the Disabled

Saturday 11:00 - 12:30 PM

The geographic range of North Helpline's services includes residents living in zip codes: 98115, 98125, 98133, 98155, and 98177.

Home Delivery is available for individuals with disabilities or other mobility issues.
