Hygiene & Baby

Menstrual products, diapers, formula, wipes, and incontinence pads are available during food distributions as available.

We distribute hygiene packs to neighbors experiencing homelessness. The hygiene pack may includes items such as: soap, tooth brush, tooth paste, razor, deodorant, floss, shampoo and other items that are donated. Neighbors are eligible for hygiene packs every 30 days.

Referral Services

To make each visit to North Helpline go further for our neighbors, our Community Connectors and Client Services volunteers work to stay current on other organizations’ resources in the community and make referrals when possible.

Examples include: Transit pass signup and discounts, new or replacement ID vouchers, low-income housing and Section 8 applications, domestic violence protection agencies.

Mail

Neighbors without a physical address can speak to Client Services about having their mail delivered to our Lake City office.

Winter Services

When available, we distribute jackets, hoodies, socks, gloves and hats. We also partner with other local organizations to provide holiday meals and gift cards. Contact the Client Services office for more information, listed above.

Volunteer with Client Services

We are always looking for volunteers to make our work possible!
