Robert Malcolm brings his experience working at an Amazon Fresh warehouse to his job as food bank coordinator.

Robert also has completed his recovery coach training certification to help others in various aspects of recovery including drugs, alcohol, and gambling.

He describes himself as “kind of the plug and play guy, backing up wherever needed” at North Helpline, assisting with home delivery, food sorting, and distribution among other tasks.

Robert said his work at North Helpline is “one of my favorite jobs I’ve had. It’s a direct benefit to the community, directly helping people.

“Any opportunity I have to give back, I’ll jump on. To do this and make a living doing it is just perfect.”
